Every member of the BlogaTeam will undergo Leadership, Mentoring, and Coaching sessions to enhance their skills, not just in the workplace but in their daily lives. These programs are designed to equip our team with valuable insights and strategies that will help them grow into well-rounded professionals.
Next Level Leaders: A Transformative Experience

Running from February 5 to March 12, 2025, every Wednesday, Next Level Leaders is a game-changing program focused on Leadership, Coaching, Mentorship, and Cross-Industry Collaboration. Through this initiative, BlogaTeam members will gain hands-on experience in essential leadership skills, ensuring that they can lead with confidence and effectiveness.
Training Line-up:
Leadership Training – February 5, & 12, 2025

Kath Taylan, Talent Manager at Blogapalooza, shared her biggest takeaway from the program:
“The training specifically contributed to learning how to communicate properly and efficiently. Mastering skillful communication can help you understand other people better. By learning how to communicate properly, you will be able to get things done and avoid miscommunication.”
Meanwhile, Nicael Julianda, PR and Community Engagement Manager, reflected on how the training contributed to her growth:
“The session on Mastering Emotional Intelligence was highly impactful. As a leader, I recognize that this is an area I need to improve. I’ve always been used to working independently, and while I have a good rapport with my team, leading and managing people is an entirely different challenge. This training provided valuable tools to navigate these challenges effectively. One of the most helpful activities was empathetic listening. I learned the importance of putting away distractions, actively listening, and responding with understanding. Additionally, the magical mirror technique—reflecting back the speaker’s words—was a powerful takeaway that I can apply in my leadership journey.”
