
The Philippine Junior Marketing Association (PJMA) held its highly anticipated 38th General Assembly on March 1, 2025, at the DLSU-CSB, Arg Theater. With the theme Powering Retention Edge, the event focused on the importance of customer retention and the role of future marketers in fostering brand loyalty and meaningful connections.
A Grand Kickoff

Hosted by Simon Tan and Sophia Buenaventura, the event officially began with the pinning ceremony for the 38th national executive board, recognizing the new officers from various member universities. The 37th board of regional directors was also honored in a similar pinning ceremony, marking a seamless transition of leadership within PJMA.

A stellar lineup of keynote speakers shared their expertise on customer retention and brand-building strategies:

Irene T. Adding energy and fun to the event, DFCampany from the Dr. Filemon Aguilar Memorial College of Las Piñas took the stage with their performance, remixing different P-pop songs to keep the crowd engaged.
