Girls Totally Slayed at She Slays 2025: Girl Coded Convention

Here’s a recap ICYMI!

The energy was unmatched, the vibes were on point, and the girls? They absolutely slayed. She Slayes 2025: Girl Coded Convention brought the heat to One Ayala last March 28 to 30, and Blogapalooza was there for every second of it as an official media partner — from Day 1 all the way to Day 3.

This year, She Slays 2025, The Philippine STAR’s annual Women’s Month event, leveled up with a new theme: Girl Coded — a three-day celebration of all things pop culture, creativity, and unstoppable girl energy.

As a media partner, Blogapalooza was there for the entire run, and let me tell you, it was packed with celebrity meet-and-greets, super inspiring panels, pop-up shopping (wallet is crying), and workshops that had us all feeling like the main characters in our stories. Ready for the full rundown? Let's go!

Day 1 – She Slays 2025 Opening

The convention officially kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a special message from the Reina Hispanoamericana 2025, Dia Mate, This event is a reminder to every girl that her voice matters, her passions are valid, and her presence is powerful,” Dia shared. “This year’s Girl Coded Convention is all about reclaiming space, building community, and celebrating the magic of being a woman.” setting the tone for a weekend full of empowerment and excitement.

Day 2 – Girl Talk

Attendees explored booths filled with cute finds and meaningful causes — from decluttering content creators like Justine Sy, to anik-anik, stickers, handmade jewelry, and advocacy spaces hosted by Gabriela, Kasuso Foundation, Pinsan, and more.

Things kicked into high gear on Day 2, starting with a performance by Pappel. The Musical Theater Panel featuring the incredible Aicelle Santos inspired many, while the crowd showed love during the Meet and Greet with Belle Mariano.

Content queens Bethany Balbot and Michelle Dy also shared real talk on confidence, content creation, and staying authentic — an empowering moment for every girl at the venue. Attendees also got hands-on through interactive workshops like Scent and Sensibility and Self Defense.

Day 3 – Slayable PPOPs and Drag Queens!

The final day was a full-on slayfest! A dazzling drag show featuring Maxie Anderson and Marina Summers had everyone on their feet, while fans of all things P-pop were treated to a special panel and fan experience with Calista’s Anne, Kaia’s Sophia, and Dione’s Joyden and Clara. It was a day full of cheers, chants, and unfiltered fangirling — just the way it should be.

And of course! BlogaFam joined the fun on Day 3.

Blogapalooza is proud to have been part of such a meaningful celebration of women and community. She Slayed 2025 proved that when girls come together — whether to to learn, express themselves, shop, or simply vibe — the result is always full-on, slay!

Overall, the convention was an absolute blast! Slayable! It was such a wonderful celebration of women’s empowerment, creativity, and fun.
