The BlogaTeam is setting the stage for an incredible 2025! From December 3 to 6, the team gathered at Stellaluna Private Resort in Laguna for productive planning sessions. The cozy venue provided a welcoming atmosphere, making the team feel right at home as they mapped out their plans for the year ahead.
The six teams—HROD, FNAO, ICOT, CSAM, MKBD, and CRTD—came together to present their strategies and ideas for the upcoming year. Each discussion centered on one goal: the betterment of the company.
Aside from the intensive planning, the BlogaTeam also had five full days of bonding activities. Team members enjoyed singing, swimming, playing darts, and more!
Ice-breaker activities provided a fun way to get to know one another better and offered a safe space to share sentiments about how everyone was feeling after the planning. This thoughtful touch showcased the company’s genuine care for its people and their well-being.
Food was another highlight of the bonding experience. The BlogaTeam wrapped up the planning sessions with a celebratory boodle fight. Everyone feasted on Filipino dishes served on banana leaves, turning the meal into a joyous and memorable experience.
