Dinagat Islands, Philippines – Blogapalooza has once again ignited the passion of content creators across the country with the successful launch of Bloga SZNs Mindanao! Marking the second season of this highly anticipated event, the first leg unfolded in the mystical Dinagat Islands, Caraga Region—proving that content creation and adventure go hand in hand!
Bringing Mindanao’s Best Together
Handpicking only 30 creators from over 300 eager registrants, Bloga SZNs brought together a group of influencers from Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Butuan City, Tagum City, Davao City, Cagayan de Oro City, Iligan City, Bukidnon, and Lanao del Sur. These talented individuals embarked on a content-fueled journey filled with discovery, collaboration, and excitement.
Stronger Together
This leg of Bloga SZNs wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of the Provincial Government of Dinagat Islands, which played a pivotal role in welcoming, and bringing the BlogaFam to their picturesque province. Governor Nilo P. Demerey, Jr. himself hosted a courtesy call at Barangay Roxas, Basilisa, where he emphasized Dinagat’s growing tourism potential and the warm hospitality of the Dinagatnons.

The Journey Begins
The adventure kicked off in Butuan City with a sumptuous Thai-American cuisine welcome dinner at Cha’ah Restobar, where BlogaMomma, Ace Gapuz, set the tone for an exhilarating “puksaan” in Dinagat Islands.
From there, participants embarked on a scenic land-and-sea journey from Butuan to Surigao City before finally reaching the majestic Dinagat Islands.
Island Hopping & Exciting Challenges
What’s a Bloga SZNs event without a bit of friendly competition? The final day featured an unforgettable island-hopping tour, taking creators to Blue Lagoon, Cabacongan Beach, and Pagkawasan Garden Beach Resort. The excitement didn’t stop there—traditional “puksaan” games brought out the competitive spirit, with the Yellow Team securing a landslide victory in Bloga Bingo and other creative challenges.
As a heartfelt sendoff, Ms. Marichu Demerey hosted a farewell dinner at Islanders’ Coffee, thanking the BlogaFam for sharing the beauty of Dinagat Islands with the world.

What’s Next for Bloga SZNs?
The Bloga SZNs journey is far from over! Target next stops (fingers crossed!) are: Ilocos Norte (Luzon), Bohol (Visayas), and the grand SZN Ender in Cebu! To cap off this thrilling season, the top 10 creators from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will go head-to-head in the final leg of this year’s series.
